On Hunting, On Haunting, The Flip Side, And The Magic Between The Divide

MFA thesis exhibition at New Wight Gallery, UCLA

Uniting mythology, genealogy and technology, this exhibition suggests the idea of the ‘trickster as glitch’— an interruption of an unresolved haunting of the past. In part an exaggerated re-creation of a familial crime scene, the installation mutates the narrative offering a new ending where there was formerly none.
